A Very Merry Mix-Up is a popular Hallmark Channel original Christmas movie that first premiered on November 10, 2013. Directed by Jonathan Wright, it is a staple of the network's annual "Countdown to Christmas" programming. The story follows Alice Chapman (Alicia Witt), an antique shop owner who is traveling to meet her fiancé Will’s family for the first time. Due to a series of travel mishaps—including lost luggage and a broken phone—she mistakenly connects with the wrong "Mitchum" family.Believing they are her future in-laws, Alice spends a heartwarming Christmas with them and develops a deep connection with their son, Matt (Mark Wiebe).
