  • 032 | Rest Won’t Fix You: Training, Pain, and Performance w/ Wesley Desrosier (BAR PT)
    Feb 27 2026

In this episode, I sit down with the team at BAR PT to break down the real difference between physical therapy and chiropractic care — and why that distinction matters when it comes to working with professionals to get back to pain free movement.

We talk about the common misconceptions around pain, why avoiding movement is often the wrong answer, and how a performance-based approach to rehab can actually get you back to lifting, running, and competing faster.

Wesley explains their one-on-one treatment model, why extended sessions and ongoing reassessment lead to better outcomes, and how empowering patients to move intelligently is more effective than passive treatment alone.

We also dive into when you should actually seek out a physical therapist, how to differentiate discomfort from injury, and why long-term durability requires ownership, not dependency.

If you’re an active guy who doesn’t want to become the one who “used to train hard,” this conversation will change the way you think about recovery.

  • 031 | Biblical Masculinity, Suffering, and Living With Purpose w/ Kyle Stalzer
    Jan 27 2026

In this episode, I sit down with Kyle Stalzer to talk about biblical masculinity - what it actually looks like, what it costs, and why so many men struggle with it today. Kyle has led a men's bible study for 2.5 that has grown to have a major impact on a growing group of men. I would call him my "spiritual mentor" as he has helped me grow in my faith and understanding of the word over the last several years.

We talk directly to the typical man who’s skeptical of religion but still hungry for structure, meaning, and purpose. I share my own journey from questioning faith to realizing that biblical principles don’t weaken men, they discipline, refine, and build them.

We unpack why discipline matters more than comfort, why suffering is not something Christians avoid but something that shapes character, and why the struggles men face today (pride, lust, greed) are the same struggles men have faced for thousands of years.

This episode isn’t about religion as a social identity. It’s about alignment, responsibility, humility, and living for something bigger than yourself. We break down why loving God fully is the foundation for becoming a stronger man, better leader, and more disciplined individual in every area of life.

If you’ve ever felt disconnected, skeptical, or unsure how faith fits into modern masculinity then this conversation is for you.

  • 030 | Building Buckaroo: Running Changed My Life w/ Josh Morin
    Jan 17 2026

In this episode, I sit down with Josh Morin, founder of Buckaroo Run Club, to talk about how running became more than just a workout. It became a tool for discipline, mental toughness, community, and personal growth.

Josh shares how running pulled him back to fitness after transitioning from Division I athletics into business, where his health slowly took a back seat. He explains why intentionally choosing discomfort became a turning point and how that decision created a ripple effect across every area of his life.

We dive into how the lessons learned through running translate directly into business, consistency, and long-term vision. We also unpack the story and mission behind Buckaroo. A Montana-rooted run club and community built on grit, resilience, and doing hard things. Josh breaks down why Buckaroo exists, what it represents, and how events like the Roo Last Man Standing Ultra in Montana this summer fit into a much bigger picture.
