I am learning Mandarin Chinese and I would like you to join me on this journey. My goal is to become conversationally fluent in 6 months. With limited resources and barely any free time, I will be testing and trying free online resource and rating the effectiveness. Exploring Chinese culture and entertainment. As an independent learner I will be looking for the best methods to learn vocabulary and grammar in context.     What is the best way to learn Chinese tones, well I do not have the answer but I have some options based on my experience. It is very, difficult if you don't have a native speaker there to correct you. Like me watch a lot of Chinese dramas and repeat your favorite parts of the dialogues, you can also try recording yourself and comparing with Native speakers. Will do an update episode once I learn more.
