    • Andriana Petrakis, Advocate; tennis champion and public speaker, has been at the Adelaide international, and is preparing for the Australian Open.
    • Chloe Steele, nutritionist for Heart Research Australia, for RedFeb, spoke about stress and the impact on our hearts and some food - meals - shopping choices we can make to help our heart health,
    • Megan Star, from Redfeet wines, invited all to a Taste of the Senses event 21st February. Wines; food and fabulous company and experiences. Corers can attend at no cost, booking is essential and places are limited.

    • Sam Blade, Australian para-fencer, chatted about his introduction to the sport; some of the highlights - including first time representing Australia in 2024, and the sport receiving some funding assistance for new equipment through our Paralympic Equipment Enhancement Program. Sam also spoke about being diagnosed with Friedreich's Ataxia.
    • Matt Cowdrey OAM, member for Colton, has just been appointed Paralympics Australia's new Head of Para-sport System and Partnerships - responsible for driving PA's work to build an inclusive and sustainable Para-sport system aligned to the 2032+ High Performance Sport Strategy. Matt also shared news on telephone assisted voting at the 2026 state election.
    • Dane Cross, Chief Operating Officer at Sporting Wheelies, spoke about their Christmas appeal, the “Raising the Bar” program, visiting schools to share lived experience; teach inclusive language and run adaptive sport demonstrations
    • Pam Mitchell, resident Counsellor, delivered her traditional Christmas message.
    • Alex Sar, deafblind camp co-ordinator, invited anyone who is deafblind to the camp taking place during April in Victoria. The camp is sponsored by The Lionel and Yvonne Spencer Trust and The Olver-Carlyle Charitable Foundation,
    • Amy Mills, Arts Development Manager at Arts Access Australia, launched their Access Ideas and Insights Podcast. The podcast is audio described, auslan interpreted, and captioned.
    • Naomi Mancktelow, Community Engagement Coordinator from the Petstock Foundation, unveiled their Christmas Initiative to Broaden Life-Changing Support, RDA and Story Dogs.

    • Chelsea Marchetti, Founder and Director for the Flipper Academy, invited those interested to the holiday program, 7th 8th and 9th January, and the regular programs the academy conducts, giving confidence, assurance, better health and outcomes in all areas of life, for anyone aged from 19 months to 16 years,
    • Daniel Lubiner, shared the story of creating the Braille Doodle, enabling easier ways to learn braille for students, teachers and carers, you can purchase the Braille Doodle from Vision Australia
    • Marie-Clare Couper, CEO for the Brain Injury Association in Tasmania, had the exciting news of the National Assistance Card - Raising awareness of a vital tool for autistic people and people with brain injury in emergencies.
    • Professor Aaron Hansen, from the Icon Cancer Centre in Brisbane, spoke about nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC). The government is funding the first and only targeted treatment for NPC, Zytorvi?
