A lot of Churches suffer because of disorder in the Worship Team, in this podcast We take some time to give to anybody who will listen 6 basics elements they can implement in their Worship to fix this problem.

1 the team can with 3 or 7 Team members

3 musicians and 4 singers(the singers must have the abilities to lead and serve as background Vocal)

2 commitment

Commitment must be enforced in the Team from the beginning

— That allows you to fix the common running Late issue

— That will save your team from unfaithful team member

— Help the Team member to be accountable

3 have a stable rehearsal day and time

— the same faces

During the week make sure to have training about(Music, Worship Ministry, leadership or more for the growth of your Team)

4 Have good relation with the Pasteur of your Church or the church Leadership

That allows you to have a much successful service

You will be able to know the service order or even bring changes ton the service order

5 build a simple committee for the team

To avoid being the only one on charge

To communicate a head of time with team

6 enforced Prayer in the team before and after anything that will take place in the Worship team.

This allows you to put God First not your talent or your dreams and desire
