I’m Annie, an associate therapist and life coach. I work with individuals and couples who feel caught between who they are and who they’ve learned to be, often shaped by people-pleasing, self-criticism, overthinking, or ADHD patterns.

This isn’t a space for quick fixes or surface-level motivation. It’s a space for slowing down, noticing patterns, and building more honest relationships — with yourself and with others.

My hope is that this podcast feels like a steady room: a place to pause, reflect, and come back to yourself.

Loneliness can be found both alone and amongst our loved ones, and this episode gives us some space to reflect on the reality of what the Holidays are like for a lot of us. My biggest encouragement is that we can find inner peace, or at least moments of inner peace as we are entering this Christmas season.
