This week I'm thrilled to introduce my guest who is a speaker, blogger and author - Urmi Hossain. 

Urmi is Bengali by blood, Italian by birth and currently lives in Canada. She works in the financial services industry and is a holder of the CFA charter, one of the highest designations in the financial industry. 

Urmi is also an advocate for women's empowerment and uses her passion to educate young girls and women. In her spare time, she loves to read, promote self-development and practice Muay Thai.
