In this episode I take you through the unknown energies that we may sense around us as well as how to help these energies head back to the other side in the first part.

In the second part of the episode I talk with three special women, all at various stages in their spiritual journey about their past and current Spirit stories and encounters from the other side.

In this episode I explore the teachings that came to me about Parallel Worlds, Dimensions and how we can connect with loved one's crossed over. 

It is an interesting and complex subject and so I have done my best to try and explain the messages that were coming through.

I also channeled a healing whilst I was recording this (as you do lol) that helps you connect to your SOUL, the soul that lives on through these dimensions, past lives etc. There's even a little ceremony to begin with. 

I've answered question about Mediumship and how you can practice connecting with the energies that have passed on and how they can come through sometimes. I also offer some of the shows I've watched that do indeed grasp the essence of what's going on but of course a show is all about ratings so you take it with a grain of salt but fascinating nonetheless. 

And we finish off with a little bit about the month of May's energy and what we might experience.

In this episode I explore the various ways that we can Navigate through Dimensional Shifts.

You may have heard many talk about the 3D to 5D shift, portals opening up, planets in alignment in a way that has occurred over hundreds and thousands of years etc.
