She is a former Deputy Sheriff and Criminal Court Victim Advocate turned First Responder Coach and specialist and she helps First Responders win their mental battle and go on to keep thriving in their career. She knows and understands the pressure, the overwhelm and the complete disconnect that you feel after a while in a high stakes job. She created Life Saver Wellness to help Law Enforcement Officers, Firefighters, Corrections Officers, 911 dispatchers as well as emergency medical personnel regain their focus as they release the pressure that comes from the job - so that they can pause for a moment and feel free from their mental battle and feel like they don’t have to be constantly chasing something in their lives.
