The daily contraception pill.

This week I wanted to share a little life update.

And this was a bit of a step for me.

I really like the control contraception brings and I'm lucky to have no side effects on it.

But this felt like the next best step for myself and Joe with moving away, my age and our future plans.

I thought I'd share the steps I have taken to stay on top of my cycle and still feel 'in control'

I hope this helps those who are in a similar position.

And I'm always here to chat as I know it can be lonely when having all these internal thoughts.
