  • Ep 29: Celebrating 19 Years of Marriage
    Apr 13 2026

    Nineteen years.

March 17, 2007. A small, intimate surprise wedding and the beginning of a journey neither of us fully understood yet.

As a South Asian woman who married a Caucasian man without full family support, I carried invisible shame for nearly two decades. This year is the first time we're going out for our anniversary dinner. Joyfully. That is not a small thing.

In this episode I get personal. Growing up in an Orthodox Indian household in the Middle East, immigrating to Canada, and building a life with someone raised in a completely different world. The cultural differences. The family expectations. The grief we both carried about the wedding we couldn't have.

After 18 years we finally started talking about that day.

What it meant. What it cost us. And what it opened up when we stopped carrying it alone.

This is about moving from observer of your own life to someone who actually lives it. Releasing shame. Finding each other again - through children, illness, loss, and every transition in between.

This is just the beginning of the conversations I want to have here.

  • Ep 28: Let’s Talk About Money
    Mar 27 2026

But can we actually talk about…money?

This conversation is all about the subtle discomfort, the inherited beliefs and the money blocks that followed me into adulthood, business, and decision‑making.

I talk about what changed when I went into business for myself, how I learned the difference between spending money and investing in myself, and why building financial confidence became an unexpected path to self‑trust.

We explore why money reveals more than numbers.
Why skill‑building often unlocks the next level of growth.
And how paying attention to your reactions can tell you exactly where your next shift lives.

This one is for anyone who knows there is more ease, clarity, and alignment available once you’re willing to talk about what you’ve been avoiding.

  • Ep.27 Welcome Back - New Name, Deeper Conversations
    Mar 23 2026

Something shifted. And it was time for the podcast to reflect that.

This episode is about why Life in Conversation exists - and why the rebrand wasn't just a name change. It was a decision to go deeper. To move beyond professional expertise into the conversations that actually shape us. The ones about identity, transition, belonging, and what it means to build a life that genuinely feels like yours.

In this episode: why real estate transactions mirror our biggest life transitions, why soft skills are the most underrated tools high achievers have, and what happens when you start approaching your own life with real curiosity.

This is a space for the real conversations. Welcome.

  • Ep.26 Trust Collective is changing.
    Aug 1 2025

In this solo episode, I’m letting you in on a little shift happening behind the scenes... The Trust Collective Podcast is evolving. 🌱

Change can feel uncomfortable — even when it's aligned. But I’ve been in a season of clarity, and I’m learning that trusting your gut and honouring your seasons is key to showing up fully — in business, in life, and in service.

If you’ve been feeling a little “in between” lately, this one's for you. I’m sharing a few reflections on navigating change, how I’m approaching consistency differently, and why Sundays will now be our intentional new drop day. A softer reset. A more grounded rhythm. A podcast that grows with you.

The name may be changing, but the heart of this space isn’t. We’re still talking about transitions, legacy, trust, and how to rise through it all — together.

Thank you for being on this journey with me.
Let’s keep growing, evolving, and learning to trust our own timing.
