Lisa Van Ahn is a fighter and champion, in many ways and for many people. As a teen, she found the hope and determination to reclaim her life through kickboxing, eventually becoming a member of the US National kickboxing team who won the North American championship and a bronze medal in the PanAm games. As an adult, she created the I AM Initiative to inspire/teach girls to love and protect themselves so they can be a positive change in the world. Lisa is also an author, speaker, coach and hospitality specialist who is the first guest to have actual french toast with us before being on FTF.
