Kyra is the director of the Albany NNORC (Neighborhood, Naturally Occurring Retirement Community).Suggestions For Creating Connection and Community:1) NNORC (Neighborhood, Naturally Occurring Retirement Community). The “Albany NNORC” is a three square mile radius neighborhood in the city of Albany.
