    Sophie has identical twins who have been diagnosed with a genetic condition.

    The boys are 8 years old and have a severe speech delay and mild learning difficulties.

    They have come along way from birth and Sophie shares the ups and downs of their journey so far.

    On this week's episode of Love Needs No Words, Amy & Kirsty talk us through their christmas' - the highs and the lows.

    At the fact that it is a lovely opportunity to look back and reflect on previous years and how far they have come.

    It is also a goodbye for now from the girls as they are putting a temporary pause on the podcast whilst they deal with things closer to home that need their attention.

    So - thank you so much to everyone that has listened, taken part and been involved in what has been a huge success from just two mums of neurodivergent children wanting to make a difference.

    Stefanie is the founder and developer of an engaging and effective program called ABC, See, Hear, Do and has created fun learning materials to help young children.

    Based in America the programme is having an important place in classrooms, at home for practitioners and parents and she hopes that the concept could be as effective in the UK.
