After six years, Loving From Where I Am returns.

This episode is a reflection on growth, grief, faith, and movement—and a reminder that love isn’t something we wait to become. It’s something we practice, right where we are.

One question guides it all:
How are you loving from where you are today?

This was not an easy episode to record. Death, dying, transitioning is a subject that can be difficult to experience. I know for myself that the loss of someone is inevitable. Transitioning is a process of life that occurs all around us... in our bodies, in nature and even within ourselves...

I do not fear my own transition but I do struggle with the emotions that show up as the result. Join me as I navigate this is real-time... I don't have the answer on how to deal and heal. I can only provide a glimpse into how I am loving myself from where I am.
