About this listen

The perfect relaxation podcast.

These podcast series are created ONLY with sophisticated synthesizers (no natural sounds, no human sounds) in order to simulate the described natural enviroments/soundscapes.

So, to be clear, what you hear is not natural recorded sounds. I also use carefully created and mixed white noises and soundwaves on specific frequencies that help the relaxation.

The title META-AMBIENT is because of the synthetic/un-natural sounds that however create the virtual natural relaxed soundscapes.

Any tonal sounds are tuned based on 432Hz instead of 440Hz because 432Hz is known as the natural tuning of the universe related to sacred geometry and provides relaxation.

They say that the sound of an air extractor can make a baby fall asleep. So, here we are. Actually this is not a recorded sound of a real air extractor but a soundscape created by synthesizers and audio effects. If a baby can sleep with this so can you.
