Shelly's Tea: Tea Drops Rose Earl Grey
The Caretaker’s Tonic (Mocktail)
A floral, fizzy, and slightly "moody" brew that tastes like a secret garden in a sentient house.
Ingredients
• 1 Rose Earl Grey Tea Drop
• 4 oz Hot Water (to dissolve the drop)
• 2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice (for a bit of "Niamh-style" tartness)
• 1 teaspoon of tyme honey- a little herbal sweetness optional.
• Sparkling Water or Elderflower Tonic (to top it off)
