Shay is a multi passionate entrepreneur, who’s finding her way each day and navigating life. Shay owns a salon in Hazlet, NJ & is also a Virtual Personal Assistant, she doesn’t let her busy work schedule stop her from enjoying life. In fall of 2023 she had to make some tough life choices and worked on navigating each day differently since then. She loves to travel, spend time at home with her two cats, go to concerts, try out new hobbies & she decided it was time to share her story, her journey and everything that could maybe help someone else by hearing her & that’s when She Designs Her Life podcast was born. She wants to share what helps her navigate through daily life with work, relationships, sprinkles of sadness, pop culture, so much more fun stuff & interviews with some fun stories!

I am SO excited to introduce EVERYONE to our first ever guests on Make It Count Morgan Cone!

Morgan Cone is a 28-year-old woman who recently moved across the country from New Jersey to Denver, Colorado. Over four years ago, she embarked on her journey as an online health and fitness coach, initially partnering with a Network Marketing Company. Throughout that period, Morgan developed a profound passion for supporting women in their health and fitness journeys. However, she eventually felt that her alignment with the company had shifted, prompting her to make the bold decision to leave her full-time corporate job. In Feb of 2023 Morgan founded her own 1:1 virtual coaching business, Embrace Yourself, LLC, where she now specializes in helping women break free from the confines of diet culture and restrictive mindsets, guiding them towards sustainable, lifelong health results. Drawing from her personal struggles with disordered eating, Morgan's coaching approach is highly individualized, ensuring her clients not only achieve their goals but also maintain them over time. She is deeply committed to her business vision and finds immense fulfillment in empowering women to transform their lives. All business aside, Morgan is a HUGE family girl and an Auntie to the cutest little boy, enjoys spending time at the beach, loves dark chocolate and red wine, exploring the outdoors, and creating connections with like-minded women who share her commitment to personal growth and mutual support.

Morgan & I were actually in person for this interview! We had SUCH a fun girls night, eating sushi, drinking some mocktails & recording this amazing interview!
