The Miami Grand Prix was more exciting than previous races, with changes to the regulations improving racing, safety and qualifying. Kimi Antonelli is still flying high at the top of the championship, dominating the race, with his Mercedes team mate George Russell struggling this weekend. McLaren has taken a big step forward, with Lando Norris Winning the sprint and Oscar Piastri in second place;they're ones to watch. Charles Leclerc had a good, but unlucky weekend, ending his race with a spin, pushing him down the places, plus being given a controversial penalty. Lewis Hamilton was on his own in the race, suffering damage on lap 1. Red Bull Racing seem to be out of the midfield, with Max Verstappen coming second in qualifying, and Alpine are still really fast. The FIA made the changes they needed and we're so excited for the rest of the F1 season.

The Japanese Grand Prix had winners and losers- Mercedes are still flying high, Oscar Piastri finally finished a race and the Ferraris are still fairly fast. But the main headlines of the weekend came from Ollie Bearman's crash, which happened as a result of the new regulations and stopping speeds, and Max Verstappen threatening to retire if the regulations weren't changed.

The FIA needs to make serious changes to keep F1 safe and exciting- but will they be quick enough?
