Skylar Annette Neese was like any other typical, small town, American teenager back in 2012. She was an honor student who had just finished her sophomore year at University High School in Morgantown, West Virginia, she worked a part time job at a local Wendys to make a little bit of extra cash, and in her free time, Skylar liked to party with her friends… all typical of a teenager.

But on July 6th, 2012 Skylar vanished after going out for a joyride with her two best friends, Shelia Eddy and Rachel Shoaf.
