In this episode I am joined by Kayla Dawn Morin. Kayla is a mother of 1 and birth keeper holding space for women to heal their wounds so that we can live our true baseline–– peace & pleasure, embodied. She runs an online community with monthly women's circles called Women of Earth, a call for us to remember our true elemental nature, and the incredible power of healing & connection within our selves. Kayla also holds space for wild pregnancy, free birth preparation, birth story processing, and offers closing of the bones ceremonies. She says, "my work is Metabolizing Mother, on all levels," and she loves to host a good alchemizing rage dance party. She is a sky box city dweller and water element. In this conversation Kayla speaks to her transformation from the maiden tending to postpartum to the embodiment of mother and how that has shifted her understanding of this work, sacred discernment in what we want to ingest and metabolize in this immediate threshold, postpartum as a holy invitation to deeper healing at a cellular level and anchoring our intentions, and the wisdom available to us as we tune into the true needs of our unique motherbaby nervous system beyond our ideals.

Today I am joined by Noël Ruth. Noël is a Mother, Poet, Author, Women's Circle Facilitator, and the Creator of Saga - a global web of Storytellers creating wholeness on Earth through writing, voice, lineage, and community. Noël guides women along the sacred writer path into elevated creative landscapes, where living words are born and will heal the world. She facilitates online writing circles, themed writing groups, and a Women Writer's Council where oracular storytelling is embodied and practiced with devotion in community. Noël is Mama to her firstborn daughter, Edda, who went back to the spirit realm shortly after birth, and Astraea, who was just born in June. She lives on a rural island off the coast of Maine, where she channels her own writings about the divine feminine, death, birth, life, land, and sea.

This conversation was truly one of the most the most rich and medicinal I have ever had. The landscapes she brings us to in her motherpath through both life and death is such a prayer I held for this space. Noël speaks to her freebirth and postpartum experience after the passing of her first daughter, her experience of communing with her wise spirit, receiving community support through this deathgate, the birth and postpartum of her daughter who chose to walk with her in life, and what it means to hold our men to protecting and tending to these sacred portals as mothers birthing culture.

In this episode I am joined by Eden Elizabeth. Eden is a Mystic, Mother, and Creatrix devoted to the spiritual path of Motherhood, Womanhood, and being of service to her community.

She deeply values authentic expression, vulnerability, and raw human connection, and aims to embody these values at every table she sits at.

Eden’s current mission is to guide and support Women into deeper connection with their bodies, emotions, and internal, energetic realms, and invite Women to claim and embody their fullest expression of self.

Her offerings currently consist of 1:1 mentoring in the Temple of Eden, which will be opening for enrolment in the early autumn. She also is in collaboration with multiple sisters in the coming months to offer various workshops, which you’ll find on Instagram @creatingedenn. We hear the story of her 8 month old daughter’s pregnancy, birth, and postpartum portals. This was such a potent and vulnerable conversation that spoke to the intensity of the immediate postpartum and the devotional path of staying present with it. We speak to energetic protection in the inbetween realm of postpartum, expanding our capacity beyond our edges as mothers, and showing up in our raw vulnerability in postpartum as a gift for our community.
