This episode of Define Insanity features Meech, a man whose life journey took him from addiction and incarceration to sobriety and service.
As the son of a police officer, Meech grew up with structure and strong expectations, yet still found himself pulled into a destructive path—selling drugs, drinking heavily, and using substances. That path eventually led to jail and prison, forcing him to confront the reality of where his choices had taken him.
Sobriety became the turning point.
Through recovery and deep personal accountability, Meech rebuilt his life. Today, he’s sober and working as a counselor, helping others navigate addiction using the hard-earned wisdom of lived experience.
This is an honest, grounded conversation about addiction, consequences, recovery, and what real change looks like when someone commits to it.
