We begin learning about how the brain interprets signals, the amygdala and prefrontal cortex's role, and how we can reinforce (or weaken) certain dendrites to shape the reality we desire. We also learn about trauma and how "cookie cutter trauma" is merely one extreme on the spectrum. Finally, we review how trauma can be as simple as one bad conversation we internalize as children and that carry on into our adulthood.
