    Learning to love your self enough to break away from the challenge of wanting and seeking peoples validation, is a tough one. As the meme says "Emotional Damage" can reek havoc into our emotions, if we get the wrong response. The mind can spend hours in the thought process of why me? Why don't they like me?, why doesn't he want me?, why doesn't she love me?. But what if we answer those questions by putting it into action for ourselves? I'm sure we would realise that, we are our greatest gift. So speak great things to and into your self, build up your self confidence by keeping your promises to yourself, trust your self, build your self a reputation of being there for you, that no one could question.

    There are so many people going through life and from the outside it seems like they are doing too much!!. We never know what their why is and it's easy to discredit them, cast judgement, dismiss them, give out opinion even. But just maybe they want somone to cheer them on to win!! I am a firm believer in lifting people up and pushing them forward. I hope that's your trait too!

    Its soooooo hard to say No somtimes, because primarily I feel we don't want to hurt people's feelings 😢, we don't want to disappoint, we dont want to be seen as unreliable, we don't want to be seen as less than our super hero facade. Truth is, it takes nothing away from us in being honest with others and honest with our selves.
