About this listen

Welcome to Midlife Redefined with me, Ingrid Marsh, The Badass Gal. I’m a SoulRocker and have always had a fire inside my belly. However, like many, I saw it dwindle while raising my family. Once I packed my son off to uni, I became passionate about getting my life back. I set out to transform both my health and career. I became an actor and, in just a couple of years, appeared in films alongside James Bond actor Colin Salmon and comedienne James Walsh, featured in Billboard Campaigns, as well as appeared in productions such as The Michael McIntyre Big Show, to name but a few. The podcast invites you to throw away the rule book, channel your inner rock star, and remember that it’s never too late to play again. There will always be talks on relationships, health, healing, fashion, and a sprinkling of spirituality to help you unplug from the noise and live a life that is beautiful and true to you. Make sure you subscribe and share all this juicy goodness with your fellow midlifers. Socials: Insta: IngridMarsh_ TikTok: IngridMarsh_ YouTube: Ingriid MarshCopyright 2024 All rights reserved.
