Dr Prabath writes, "I am turning fifty next year and have been practising as a family physician in Melbourne, Australia, for over fifteen years. I have been very successful as a family physician and a small business owner. But I later realised I had focused solely on my financial health and ignored other healthy life aspects. I was getting richer financially, but was getting poorer physically, mentally, spiritually and socially. Dr Prabath has constructed a 30 step program that he intends to break down over two years but first wishes to introduce habit formations and approaches that will help to implement the changes in order for the individual to see results within their life.
