Every other Thursday, we watch a film and debrief together.

It’s like a book club - but easier.

1. Know what film we are watching next by following us on TikTok.
2. Watch the film in your own time, or at the agreed time/date with the club.
3. Share your thoughts or react to our prompts with other club members - in the comments on TikTok.
4. Tune in to the mirror:mirror podcast the next day, to hear our thoughts.

1. We curate a list of must-see films, on a topic that we want to know more about.
2. Watch these films on any streaming service or physical media available to you.
3. Podcast structure: We watch them independently, then meet up to debrief over drinks. We discuss what made it iconic, what made it unexpected and explore how each one fits into history.

IRL releases: Films in cinema.

1. We choose these based on the current zeitgeist.
2. To watch these films, you will need to go to the cinema, IRL.
3. Podcast structure: We share our pre-conceptions from outside the cinema, then head-on in to watch the film. Afterwards, we rush to a local bar and give our real-time reactions. We deliberate over a one-word review, crown our on and off-screen MVPs and debate over what we each loved (and did not).

In advance:

• We announce the film title and an overview of why we have high hopes.

We will share prompt questions about the film, and react to them ourselves.

Tune into our podcast to hear us discuss the film.

Following week: Substack 🤗

For each film, we will share a wrap-up post. It will collate all the content we have created around the film, alongside some of your reactions on TikTok. This is another opportunity to share your thoughts on the film, after having more time to reflect and hear others’ opinions.
