I also talk about my favorite holistic wellness book that's filled with natural remedies for all kinds of health issues — highly recommend if you're into inner beauty and healing from the inside out 🌿 Plus, I took a trip to Sprouts to stock up on vitamins that support my beauty and wellness goals.

I've been wanting to do this episode and tell you guys how this purification cleanse has really helped me and heal me wash away any bad lessons I had experienced in my past it didn't hit till a week later for the cleanse to work but this shit hit me so hard here is my story. Taman Beji Samuan Bali is the temple I went to thankful for him and the temple. This was very powerful and feeling completely free and letting go of anything that needs to let go. This was a 2 hr ceremony one on one session you also ask for forgiveness, scream, pray, holly water and waterfalls it was so beautiful. I definitely recommend to do this to heal yourself in anything.

Stay far away from this salon please worst choice I have done. This is the story of what happened to me and it took me 3 years to finally talk about and be open to what really has happened to my hair I have been so embarrassed and upset about my natural hair and always hide my hair under extensions and now I can't live without them it has costed me over $30,000 just to maintain my hair for extensions and I completely regret starting extensions in the first place. Please be careful with the beauty choices you do to yourself it can take one time for this to happened and your fucked for life. I believe Tangela Ridgeway used harsh chemicals on my hair to cause this and it was hidden under the extensions she put on when the extensions came out I had burnt off hair like a troll sticking up in the hair it broke my heart I couldn't even talk about during that time in March 2022. This is my hair story.
