Senate Bill 17 was passed in Texas this past January, resulting in all state public universities having to eliminate any Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs and positions. Oh and she's the first player this century in both men’s and women’s Division I basketball to log 37 consecutive 20-point games. Now Maddy is about to enter her second year in the WNBA for the Dallas Wings.
