No, this is not a Sweeny Todd thing, this guy is just messed up. This guy...definitely has some issues. But, if he didn't, then he wouldn't be The Butcher Baker and I wouldn't be talking about him, now would I? 
The Butcher Baker killed and tortured women for 12 years before getting caught...because he targeted women who 'wouldn't be missed'. We need to do better as a society so this stops happening.
