We are going to have some fun and test out some of the health trends we have been seeing on the internet. We will trial them for 5-7 days and report back on how it went, what we thought of it, if it made a difference and if we want to continue to try to implement it. In this episode we implemented morning discipline - no caffeine or using your phone for 60 minutes in the morning.
