  • The One Thing That Can Change Your Life This Year
    Jan 3 2026

Hi friends! Welcome back to Mostly All Figured Out! It’s 2026, and I’m kicking off this year by choosing a theme for myself that feels big and a little scary: money. Yep. This is the year I stop playing small, stop doing free labor, and start owning the value I bring - in business, in life, in everything.

In this episode, I’m reflecting on the past few years of choosing a "word of the year" (remember freedom? gamechanger? routine?) and sharing why this year is all about financial growth, CEO energy, and actually believing I’m the boss I already am. I’m diving into what held me back before, what I’m focusing on now, and what I’m no longer available for (spoiler alert: burnout and undercharging).

If you’ve been feeling stuck in survival mode, unsure how to level up, or just need a nudge to finally pick your own word of the year - this one’s for you.

    I’m talking about:

    • How I pick my annual theme and why it matters
    • What “money” really means to me this year
    • The tough love I got from a friend that changed everything
    • ADHD, routines, and finding a rhythm that actually works
    • And how I plan to grow this podcast and my income this year

Let’s make 2026 the year we show up differently - more confident, more intentional, and more in charge of our lives. What’s your theme for the year? Let me know. Let’s do this together.

  • How Working From Home Helped Me Create an Intentional Christmas (and an Evening Routine That Stuck)
    Dec 30 2025

In this episode of Mostly All Figured Out, I’m sharing how working from home unexpectedly helped me create a more intentional holiday season, build an evening routine that actually stuck, and be more present with my kids during December.

I knew going into this month that I’d have the boys a lot - their dad was gone for most of December - and I didn’t want to look back and feel like I missed it while technically being there the whole time. So I got intentional with my days, locked in during work hours, and built small systems that supported the kind of mom and human I wanted to be this season.

    We talk about:

    • Working from home as a system (not just a vibe)
    • Building an evening routine without forcing it
    • Habit stacking and ADHD-friendly routines
    • How washing the dishes every night completely changed my life (swear to God, I'm just as shocked as you are)
    • Being present with your kids without burning yourself out
    • Why small, supportive habits matter more than big overhauls

I also share a quick update on working on the inauguration reception for Buffalo’s incoming mayor, Sean Ryan, and why there’s no real slowing down as the year wraps up.

If you’ve been craving calmer days, better routines, or proof that small changes can actually change how your life feels - this episode is for you 💛

  • The Tiny Bedtime Habit That Made a Big Difference
    Dec 6 2025

In this episode of Mostly All Figured Out, we are talking about the one habit that turned me from a stressy, scroll-til-midnight gremlin into a cozy, journal-writing, gym-going, calm mom. That’s right: I stopped bringing my phone to bed. And babies? I'm a changed woman.

    I’ll share:

    • Why I started accidentally journaling (and my realization that there is no 'right' way to do it)
    • How ditching screens led me to sexy romance novels (A Court of Thorns and Roses? Not for me. Sorry to the fae community.)
    • The cozy and healing magic of tarot cards and my guilty pleasure tarot interpreter - DON'T JUDGE ME I'M JUST A GIRL
    • A little love letter to my favorite podcast that re-lit my fire for personal growth
    • The very real ADHD struggles with time, routine, and money - and how I’m finally fighting back with better habits
    • This month’s new healthy habit: working from home (and not bankrupting myself at coffee shops anymore)
    • And the mantra saving my life right now: My reaction is my power

Plus, I share what I’ve been up to, what’s been working, and how this whole one-new-habit-a-month thing is slowly shifting my life.

    Listen if you’re:

    • Craving a dopamine detox
    • Tired of being tired all the time
    • Curious about how tiny changes can create massive momentum
    • A single parent, an ADHD girlie, or someone just trying to hold it all together

no screen bedtime habit, ADHD and routines, healthy habit podcast, self care for moms, tarot for beginners, journaling mental health, dopamine detox, working from home ADHD, romance books for anxiety, mostly all figured out podcast
