  • Getting Real About Postpartum With Christine Hassler
    Jan 8 2026

Today I have the extraordinary privilege of talking with Christine Hassler. You know that moment in motherhood when you look around and think, “Why does she have it all figured out and I don’t?”

Christine is one of those women who, from the outside, seems to have it all together. You’d never guess she was struggling.

But in today’s episode, she pulls the curtain all the way back. She lets us see what’s really been happening behind the scenes—and reminds us that motherhood is the great equalizer for all of us, even the ones who look steady on the outside.

Christine is also a former client of mine, and this conversation shines a light on what new motherhood really feels like for high-achieving women. If you’ve ever felt alone, overwhelmed, or like you’re the only one who can’t quite keep up… this episode will help you breathe again. You’re not alone—not even close.

Christine Hassler is a Master coach, spiritual psychologist, facilitator and speaker with 20 years of experience. She is the best-selling author of three books, most recently Expectation Hangover: Free Yourself From Your Past, Change Your Present and Get What You Really Want, and is the host of the top-rated podcast Over It and On With It, where she coaches people live on the show.

  • 3 Habits That Lead to Stress and Overwhelm in Motherhood | Motherhood Uncut Podcast | Season 6 Episode 12
    Nov 27 2024

Today’s episode is a short one. But it’s also one that you don’t want to miss because I am talking with you about 3 very common habits of high-achieving women that lead directly to anxiety, guilt, and overwhelm in motherhood.

And the thing is, you may not see these habits as problematic because they have likely led you to huge success and achievement in the rest of your life. So, it’s likely that you are doing these things because you think they will serve you and your child. Until today, you may believe they are useful.

In this episode, I will both bring light to these habits that are getting you farther away from what you most want and will also give you ideas for what to do instead.

  • Learning to Listen to Your Body with Anna Rahe | Motherhood Uncut Podcast | Season 6 Episode 11
    Nov 20 2024

Today I am talking with Anna Rahe about the ways that our bodies tell us exactly what we need to find peace, fulfillment, and wellbeing both physically and beyond.

For the past 25+ years, Anna Rahe has explored a transformative and empowering relationship with fascia, helping people invest in their health, restore vitality, and heal themselves using proprietary tools she developed. As the founder and CEO of GST Body, Anna has spoken about holistic body care through fascia around the world, partnered with top athletes, surgeons, physicians, and celebrities, and has been featured in various publications, from Shape to Elle, Net-a-Porter to The Wall Street Journal. Throughout her career, Anna has had the pleasure of working with and helping over ten thousand people find lasting change by restoring their bodies and reclaiming an ageless vital life.

She is also the mom of 3 beautiful children.

Today, we dive deep into the ways we can all better understand and work with our bodies to create the lives we most want… a skill that I’m pretty sure most of you were never taught. Even with my 2-decades worth of knowledge around mental health, I learned so many new things in this conversation and was, quite frankly, blown away by the science Anna shares. There are several simple and accessible ways to very quickly shift our nervous systems out of a heightened state, and you will learn them here, today.

Ok–so just a quick note before we get started. A word you will hear over and over in today’s conversation is Facia- for those not familiar, Fascia is a thin casing of connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, bone, nerve fiber, and muscle in place. The tissue does more than provide internal structure; fascia has nerves that make it almost as sensitive as skin. When you are stressed, your fascia tightens up. This tension we feel in our bodies is often the first sign of a nervous system response and by getting more aware, we can use these early somatic experiences of body tightness to alert us and redirect us towards more calm.
