    In this episode, I’m joined by Inori Serre – a sports psychologist, mental coach, and athlete with personal experience in streetlifting, calisthenics, circus arts, and competitive swimming.

    Inori shares her structured approach to coaching, including real-world tools like the 3R method (Register – Release – Refocus), which she used successfully with high-level athletes in competition settings.
