This podcast is about my story as a former competitive Irish dancer. Every episode in this series will either be a solo episode where I share some stories from my past, or a conversation with someone who was either a former Irish dancer as well, a mental health practitioner, or someone with valuable insights that any dancer could use to help them along their journey.
