    In this episode, we meet Bobby Judo, who after getting a taste for Japanese food working in a Japanese restaurant in New York, got itchy feet moved to Japan 15 years ago with no plans to stay longer than couple of years. He now works as a TV presenter, MC and comedian, and presents a weekly cooking corner for a local TV station where he is tasked with creating a new dish each week using local and seasonal Japanese ingredients.
