Talking about my journey through mental health and what got to the point of spending 10yrs inside,and also hopefully giving insight to people who may be in the same position or may know someone who is. Also trying to inspire others to share their stories and to let everyone know its ok not to be ok and hopefully one day i can help others the way I wish to by doing speeches and actually making living by helping others see the light when they can't see it themselves and guide people through thier dark days.
