  • Episode 2: Keep the Pace w/ Rick Ohrn
    Jan 2 2026

In this episode: Aaron reconnects with his long-time friend and former bandmate, Rick Ohrn. Watch and listen, as the Swede native opens up about his younger years, from being a problematic teen, to becoming a skilled guitar player, and prolific song writer. Rick's music journey would eventually see him land in Southern California, where he gained notoriety as the "rebellious" frontman, for the four-piece Rock outfit Rebel Hotel. After several years of rock 'n' roll chaos and debauchery, through some deep introspection, Rick found himself experiencing a deep spiritual awakening, in which he faced his inner-self, and dug deep within his soul to break through unwanted barriers. Currently he is learning to trust his intuition, and to allow the process of intuitive decision making to guide him on a clear path of understanding, whether it is effortless or challenging in nature. In the course of his awakening, Rick has gained a profound appreciation in aiding and assisting people. He feels a little goes a long way, whether it's listening, and/or physically helping someone in need. We hope you find Rick's story as entertaining and insightful as we did here at MSU!
