In this episode I welcome our General Secretary Dave T to the pod.

Ever actually wondered what the role of the General Secretary is? What do they do and why? Well come have a listen as Dave gives us a real insight into the role.

We also hear from Dave on his own NLWFC journey, carrying out a number of roles spanning an association in excess of 20 years with the club.
