Dear Listeners,

Today’s episode is going to be a little different. I have a big update to share—this will be the last podcast episode for the year. But before you panic, let me explain. This isn’t the end—it’s a strategic shift, a realignment. And I want to take you inside that decision and give you some insight into how diluted focus leads to diluted results.

We live in a world that constantly pulls us in a million directions. More meetings, more content, more commitments, more noise. And I had to ask myself—am I pouring into what matters most? The Holy Spirit has been pressing on my heart that it’s time to refine, to streamline, to give my full attention to what He’s calling me to build. That means for this season, I’m putting my focus where it needs to be—on Authsnap and on helping the women in The Bold Equip Collective step into their God-given callings.

This isn’t just about stepping back from the podcast. I’m streamlining everything. The content I create. The events I show up to. The social gatherings I prioritize. Even down to the food I put in my body. Why? Because alignment with the Holy Spirit isn’t just about saying yes to the right things—it’s about saying no to the distractions.

I know so many of you are in seasons where clarity feels hard to find. Where you’re trying to do all the things but not seeing the fruit. And I want to encourage you today—God is always speaking. The question is, are we making space to listen? John 10:27 says, “My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.” The Holy Spirit doesn’t shout over the noise; He whispers. And it’s in that stillness, that obedience, that we find our path.

• Elijah heard God not in the wind, earthquake, or fire—but in a gentle whisper (1 Kings 19:11-12).

• Samuel, as a young boy, learned to say, “Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening” (1 Samuel 3:10).

• Jesus Himself often withdrew to quiet places to pray and seek the Father’s will (Luke 5:16).

So as I step into this next season of focused obedience, I want to challenge you—what in your life needs streamlining? Where is diluted focus creating diluted results? Where is God asking you to tune out the noise so you can hear Him more clearly?

This podcast will return when the time is right, when God says it’s time.
