Today we have a special guest. He is a Master Trainer at La Fitness in Miami. Before personal training, he was a bartender at Momosan in Wynwood. Before that, he worked as an emergency veterinary technician. After years of working behind the bar, he decided to make the jump over to personal training. He says the bar life was toxic to an extent. His life as a personal trainer has improved dramatically. There's so many different things you have to be on the fly as a bartender. Some bars would be sneaky with their tips. Some places where everybody works for their own money. Those places typically are not the best place to work at.
