    ❤️ Because when you strip everything down, life is just situations + decisions over time — and most of us keep repeating cycles until we finally change the input.

    We break down the macro truths that run everyone:

    • Emotion (every decision is chasing a feeling)
    • Time (we all get the same 24 hours — and the math gets real fast)
    • Life as cycles (patterns repeat until you rewrite the system)

    Then I walk through the full framework: Influence → Thoughts → Emotion → Decision → Outcome, and how to reverse-engineer the moments you’re not proud of — without spiraling or pretending you’re fine.

    ⚡️ I also share a real-time example from my own relationship where I used the framework after a high-emotion moment, plus the weekly “check-in sheet” prompts that keep resentment from stacking.
