In this chapter I reflect on my past week, getting noticed, finding passions within your passions and utilising your network to move forward.

It's been a while! welcome back to O.D With IBE! In chapter 6, I review some of my actions taken for the month, whilst analysing which actions are hindering my progression to understand what I can do moving forward to be more intentional with achieving my set targets and goals. I discuss my vision board of 2024 and set my targets and goals for the month.

Don't drop the ball! In this chapter I discuss my thoughts through the first week of 2024, my next steps in moving forward, family business and disharmonious relationships. Thanks once again to everyone and no one for listening.

I wasn't going to record this week, but decided I have to hold myself to my own standard. I have to be self accountable moving forward in order to transform. I touch upon this in relations to parenting, relationships and the male experience on chapter 4 of O.D With iBE.

My last two weeks have been interesting! In this chapter I speak about learning from my mistakes, perfection vs procrastination and how trauma has become my catalyst and motivation to grow and transform mentally and physically.

In this chapter, I explain why i chose the name 'O.D With IBE' for the title of my podcast. I discuss my entrepreneurial activities, unfinished projects and how focus, control and consistency is required to succeed and gain tangible results. I go off on a few tangents as I take another step forwards on my journey of transformation.

In the first chapter, I discuss my current position in life whilst reflecting on my past as a young hustler. I set my goals and outline some of the sacrifices I have made, and others I am yet to, in my bid to transform, grow and develop in this pandemonium of life.
