The Object Of The Game is a new football documentary on Prime Video, featuring insights from some of the sport's most influential voices — including Bill Belichick, Tony Romo, Mike Tomlin, Urban Meyer, Sean McVay, Tony Dungy, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, and more.

This three-part docuseries explores what football demands of those who play and coach it, why the game matters so deeply, and how its values are passed down — and last.

At its heart, the film follows the final season and lasting legacy of legendary high school coach Chuck "Chico" Kyle. Over four decades as a football coach and English teacher at Cleveland's Saint Ignatius High School, Kyle shaped generations of players and left a profound mark on some of the most powerful figures in the game today.

Wayne Dawson is a Cleveland television legend. A Cleveland native and Kent State graduate, Wayne has spent an incredible 45 years at WJW–FOX 8, serving on the morning show for more than four decades. For the past 14 years, I've had the honor of co-anchoring alongside him.

An 11-time Emmy winner, Broadcasters Hall of Fame member, and 2014 NATAS Silver Circle inductee, Wayne is also deeply committed to his community through the NAACP, the National Association of Black Journalists, and the Annie L. Dawson Foundation. He's an ordained minister and pastor of Grace Tabernacle Baptist Church in Lyndhurst, Ohio, where his faith guides both his life and his work.

Last year, Wayne faced a powerful personal battle with oral cancer, undergoing major surgery and months of treatment that kept him off the air for 14 months. His inspiring return to the FOX 8 morning show in January 2026 was a testament to his faith, strength, and perseverance. Now back at the anchor desk with me, Wayne remains a beloved voice in Cleveland — and a living reminder that God is good!

Lost & Found in Cleveland, directed by Keith Gerchak and Marisa Guterman, is a love letter to Cleveland told through five residents and the meaningful objects they bring to a fictional, Antiques Roadshow–style TV show. Inspired by Guterman's childhood obsession with the series, the film explores memory, identity, and the stories we attach to the things we keep.
