    Hi everyone, welcome back! This week I wanted it to just be us, one on one, as I discuss the dynamics of romantic relationships in this day and age and how to navigate them, and yenno... also HOW TO BE SINGLE. Learning how to love yourself and prioritize yourself can be a super hard lesson to learn, and sometimes it's easier to distract ourselves with lust and situationships versus actually learning how to be content as a single person. We often get way too obsessed with an idea of someone we like, or having a significant other in general, when really we need to normalize doing whatever is benefiting YOU the most. Which often times, as a young person, being single is the way to go. It's hard to know who YOU are and what your values are if you are intertwined in another person's identity.
