    Alison is the Head of Talent at Golden Ventures. She supports the portfolio in building effective and scalable talent programs in today’s competitive market.

    Most recently, Ali led Talent at food-tech startup Lunchbox, where she grew the team from 50 to 250 North American team members. Before this, she was the first Talent Acquisition hire at Ritual.co, and led the charge as Head of Talent while they built the systems to scale and expanded across North America, Europe, Hong Kong and Australia. Her previous experience is varied and includes recruitment in a boutique agency, management consulting, and marketing.

    Ali studied Management, International Business and Marketing at New York University’s Stern School of Business. In her spare time, she loves to travel the globe and is the go-to person for restaurant recommendations both here and abroad!
