  • 1.30 - I Swear, Your Honor, the Ghost Told Me So
    Oct 29 2024

Are the good old days truly the good old days? In the spirit of All Hallows’ Eve, Kinsey presents a truly chilling account of one of the more unique trials in American history – when spectral testimony led to conviction. Today’s trek through time takes listeners to the turn of the nineteenth century in Greenbriar County, West Virginia. When Mr. Trout Shue loses his wife Zona it all seems like a horrible tragedy. That is until the Greenbriar Ghost enters the scene. Will the townsfolk believe Trout’s pleas of innocence or find his defense fishier than, well, a trout? Kinsey and Anna then discuss some of the more peculiar, spectrally-laced lawsuits in modern history. Tune in for a series of stories oozing with Halloween spirit on this week's episode of Oh the God Pod.
