Signed into law in 2024, the legislation amends the Clery Act and introduces new expectations around campus hazing reporting, transparency, and prevention programs. With the first full Annual Security Report including hazing data due in 2026, institutions are now facing critical questions about compliance, policy development, and campus culture.
