Bright MLS recently announced the results of a two-year study which compared homes sold both On and off the MLS throughout Bright’s footprint.  The findings are clear: homes promoted through the MLS sell faster and for more money. Rene Galicia of Bright MLS  caught up with noted real estate economist Dr. Elliot Eisenberg, who was a driving force behind the study, and Dr. Lisa Sturtevant, Chief Economist for  Virginia REALTORS to share their insights about the study.
