Hi and welcome! Today's episode is a little different. I share with you significant educational decisions in my adult life, find the common thread, and then connect that to a decision I am wrestling with right now. This episode is longer and a little rambling. But you get to watch me process this decision mentally, emotionally, and physically in real time. I used this podcast episode to work through this decision, and the way each revelation in the process affected me shines through. Near the end, I also connect how my decision connects to each of the Yamas and Niyamas, the yogic ethics in the 8 Limbed Path.

About Me

I am a 200hr yoga teacher, with several additional certifications including children, yin, chair, restorative, yoga nidra. I am also an Ayurveda coach certified through The Shakti School. I have been teaching group and private yoga classes to adults and kids for a few years in my community.
